By accessing, registering for, or using any norbtec Web Services offerings, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our infrastructure, development, and support services, and are designed to ensure fair usage, protect intellectual property, and maintain platform integrity.

1. ✅ Acceptable Use Policy

Clients must not use norbtec Web Services to:

  • Host, distribute, or promote pirated software, media, or digital content
  • Clone or replicate third-party websites without explicit written permission from the original owner
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools that abuse server resources or violate third-party terms
  • Engage in phishing, malware distribution, or any form of cyberattack
  • Circumvent norbtec Web Services' security protocols or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Host or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates applicable laws

2. 🔒 Security & Resource Usage

  • Each account is subject to resource quotas (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, disk space). Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, suspension, or upgrade requirements
  • norbtec Web Services reserves the right to scan hosted content for malware, pirated files, or suspicious scripts
  • Clients must keep their applications, plugins, and CMS installations updated and secure
  • norbtec Web Services may enforce rate limits, sandboxing, or automated shutdowns for high-risk operations

3. 🚫 Enforcement & Suspension

  • Violations of this ToS may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice
  • norbtec Web Services may report illegal activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with investigations
  • Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans, data forfeiture, and blacklisting from future services
  • norbtec Web Services reserves the right to deny service to any user who poses a risk to platform integrity

4. 📄 Copyright & DMCA Compliance

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all hosted content complies with copyright laws and intellectual property rights
  • norbtec Web Services complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown requests
  • Affected clients will be notified and given a chance to respond before content is removed, unless the violation poses immediate risk

5. 📊 Monitoring & Audits

  • norbtec Web Services may monitor server activity, access logs, and file changes to detect abuse or suspicious behavior
  • Automated systems may flag accounts for review based on traffic patterns, file types, or behavior anomalies
  • Clients may request a review or appeal decisions via abuse@norbtec.net

6. 📣 Reporting Abuse

If you believe a norbtec Web Services-hosted account is violating these terms, please report it via abuse@norbtec.net. Include relevant URLs, evidence, and a brief description of the issue. We take abuse seriously and investigate all valid reports.

7. ⚖️ Legal & Liability

  • norbtec Web Services is not liable for content hosted by clients but reserves the right to remove or block access to content that violates these terms
  • Clients agree to indemnify norbtec Web Services against claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their hosted content or usage
  • norbtec Web Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, data integrity, or service continuity

8. 📌 Changes to Terms

norbtec Web Services may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Clients are encouraged to review this document periodically.
